Refund & Exchange Policy

All DIME SZNN sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or sale items.

Size exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still has its original tags attached. Exchanges depend on product availability, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After reviewing the issue, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
